Shinhan University announced on the 17th that it signed a memorandum of understanding with Philips Electric Motor Co. on Wednesday at the Uijeongbu campus of Shinhan University.
Through the agreement, the two sides will carry out plans to establish a link between industry and academia and field activities to research and develop teaching materials by professors. In addition, through joint research through the use of manpower and facilities and on-the-job training of students, the government will also enhance employment of students.

Based on the company's technical expertise, we hope it will serve as a starting point for establishing an education institution specializing in electric vehicle engineering with Shinhan University, said Bang Seung-ho, chairman of Philips Group.
